Currently, the depot is part of the Amtrak system as a stop off point between Kelso and Lacey. The Union Depot also services a connection to the Twin Transit Transportation system and is within walking distance to the Fox Theater, McMenamin’s, the library, and various restaurants, shops, and antique stores.

With around 1200 seats, the Fox Theater was first opened in September of 1930.. During 1982, the theater went through a renovation period whereby the main stage area was broken up into three screening areas. In 2007, the City of Centralia Washington bought the theater and Historic Fox Theatre Restorations commenced restoration work. In 2009, the theater opened for limited film performances.

The club was originally only frequented by gentlemen but has been opened to families for many years. It’s mostly used for some televised sporting events, comedy and music shows, and second run films. The theater has replaced theater seating with various chairs and couches throughout. The pub serves Terminator Stout, Hammerhead, Ruby, and other beverages and food items. Adjoining the pub and dinning area is a 6 table poolroom and snooker table that was recently rated in the top 5 for “Best Pool Hall in Western Washington”. The McMenamins Olympia Club hosts the Brewfest during April or May, and features imported, guest, and local beers.
